Companies that charge very low fees are associated with the fact they do numerous inspections per day or are desperate for business. With that in mind take a guess what the quality of the inspection will be? We never usually schedule more that 2 inspections per day. Because of this I will not rush through your inspection to get to the other on time. Your home will have my full attention. The typical inspection ranges from 3-4 hours & costs typically $265-$295.
