For almost a year now we have been paperless, well almost paperless.
We still have to use a little these days. Since the switch to paperless the response from past clients has been well received. Here are a few more details:

-We use a computer & fill out the majority of the report on site as your future home is inspected.

-We take a lot of photos of you future home. An average for 60-80.

-We go over every photo taken with you, the client present at the end of the inspection.

-The following morning everything will be emailed to you. Your: Home Inspection Report-Home Inspection Summary-All the photos we took-Inspection Agreement-Warranty Info & Invoice.

(If you or your client does not own a computer we will still print you out a hard copy)
