Home Inspection

For almost a year now we have been paperless, well almost paperless.
We still have to use a little these days. Since the switch to paperless the response from past clients has been well received. Here are a few more details:

-We use a computer & fill out the majority of the report on site as your future home is inspected.

-We take a lot of photos of you future home. An average for 60-80.

-We go over every photo taken with you, the client present at the end of the inspection.

-You get your copy of the Report & Summary emailed to you either the day of the inspection or the following day. Then we will mail your Hard copy (CD) out to you or drop it by your realtors office.

-When you receive your CD this is what will be on it: Home Inspection Report-Home Inspection Summary-All the photos we took-Inspection Agreement-Warranty Info-Invoice

(If you or your client does not own a computer we will still print you out a hard copy)
