I have enjoyed working with Tim Stolba of Prime Time Home Inspections. I work with a wide variety of clients, including first time home buyers and investors. -I have used Tim as my Inspector of choice since he has been in the business. Tim has always been very available, willing to do inspections on weekends and nights. He has first hand knowledge of homes and their workings. When he finds issues with homes he is very good at delivering the info to the Buyers so they know what they have to do to fix the issue.
Tim also is the only Inspector in town that I know of that offers a warranty with the inspection. Tim provides a 90 day warranty for all his inspections. I have never had a client use the warranty yet or call about a missed inspection item.
Tim does a great job and I will continue to send him all my business.

I'd like to thank Tim at Prime Time Home Inspection. Our experience was absolutely top notch throughout the entire process. Tim was very responsive to our call, and he coordinated with the seller to schedule the home inspection right away. While many inspectors are done in a couple hours, Tim spent over four hours with us providing extra attention to detail through every step of the process. He explains his observations and why they are important to the home buyer. Tim also gave valuable tips and pointers for home care and maintenance going forward, adding value to the inspection process. He wrapped up the inspection report that he generates on-site at the time of inspection. For us, this meant no waiting. The report was immediate, very professional, and in writing. He answered all of our questions, and even made the report available for download from his website. It became obvious very early on that the true value in a professional home inspection is education and awareness. It's not just an inspection and a report. I am finally getting back to you on this! Sorry for how long it has taken.
I was very happy with the inspection and the detailed report that I was given. I have never had a home inspection for buying a home before. You answered any questions I had at the inspection and thru emails. You also made me feel comfortable being there for part of the inspection since I could not be there for the entire thing. I wanted to be able to trust who I had chosen would do a good job for me. I also liked the fact that since I was doing the entire inspection with pest and radon also that I only had to make one call.
I am very glad that I did the entire inspection since the radon did come back high- I know that a lot of homes probably have radon and don’t even know it. I am happy I decided to the total inspection since I plan on living there along time. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who maybe purchasing a home. I will have to get some business cards from you!
